Description
Legendary Blenko artist Wayne Husted designed this rarely seen vase / Chalice and it is in Lilac, a color for Blenko in 1959 and 1960 and with a sandblasted Blenko on the foot. This mark was only used from the Spring of 1958 to the Summer of 1961.
Beautifully rising from an almost clear open circular stem, the large bowl in Lilac, the form a vase, chalice or cachepot. A single air bubble in the bottom. See pics.
Measures 8 inches high with the fattest circumference at 6 3/4 inches, the base with a diameter of 3 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches high.
