Interesting item which seems to be a Glass Vase encased in some kind of Resin, Heavy Paint or Clay material. Hungary was not allowed under Communist rule to produce Art Glass, this was delegated to Czechoslovakia, so maybe this was a way to use glass in a artistic form. The vase has a spout and the outer layer is matte charcoal black with lemon yellow striation and a nice textured finish. The bottom marked F O K in a triangle and 1966 below.
Measurements: 12 1/2 inches high x 4 inches wide x 3 inches deep
