The lamp is height adjustable and retains the original Underwriters Laboratories yellow label with manufacturer’s name on the diffuser. The ON-OFF turn switch is on the end of the arm. The base’s bottom with foil label: DAZOR MFG. CORP. – MODEL NO. 2008 – ST LOUIS , MO U.S.A.
Replacement of med. base bulb by unscrewing white top. Suggestion of using LED med base bulb to prevent diffurer from havung burn spots.
Measurements: BASE- 8 inches diameter – Center POST – 12 1/2 inches long – SHADE – 14 inches diameter – WIDTH (end of arm to end of shade) – 22 inches – POLE – 12 1/2 inches high
Condition: Some scratches and one bump on metal side of shade. Fiberglass section in Very Good condition – no burn marks nor much discoloration. Base refinished in black. Original wiring, works properly. Please look at all images.
PLEASE NOTE THE LAMP WILL BE SHIPPED IN TWO SECTIONS. Easily reassemble. just insert top over post and screw brass component back on.
