SOLD Striped Mid Century Modern Engraved Mouth Blown Clear Glass Vase by Vicke Lindstrand, 1904-1983 Sweden, for Kosta in 1956.
In a cylindrical shape with augmented middle and a slanted mouth. The vertical stripes are engraved in a pattern of one thick stripe, which gives the impression of being acid etched, followed by three thin stripes. The vessel has some light cloudiness evenly distributed throughout on the inside of the vase but not offensive.
Engraved on the base L (Lindstrand) G (engraved) 203 which dates it to a 1956 creation.
Measurements: 9 3/4 inches High and 3 inches diameter at center.
