SOLD Bolivian wood sculptor G. Arias who was known for his ethnic art theme of the South American Aymara Indians from the 1950s. Two beautifully rendered depictions of native shrouded women hand carved in ebonized wood in two sizes. With a lovely smooth textured of the wood, these sculptures amplify the beautiful features of these women. In excellent condition with the exception of an age related slight wood shrinkage on the larger piece, please look at images. Price is for the pair.
