From the iconic Coupe Form dinnerware, created by Raymond Loewy for Continental China in the 1950s, a White Rhythm coffee pot in excellent condition. With its beautiful bulbous shape and smooth feel of porcelain, this elegant coffee pot in white with is wide rim top is almost a sculpture. In perfect order, no issues.
Stamped on bottom: Continental China – Rosenthal crown logo- designed by – Raymond Loewy – Germany. Produced from 1957 to 1964.
Continental China was a division of Rosenthal through the late 1950s and was finally absorbed into the Studio-Linie division. Raymond Loewy was one of original Studio-Linie designers and later on was joined with renown international designers like Tapio Wirkkala, Bjørn Wiinblad and many others.
