Sleek vintage 1960s Danish Mid Century Modern Expanding Bar Cart designed by Niels Erik Glasdam Jensen for his company Vantinge Mobelindustri. A rolling dry bar with a unique split opening which reveals a white laminate bottom with coral pink and blue green sliding panels and glass interior shelf for glasses. Top of bar is covered in black micarta for a drink mixing surface. Measurements listed reflect closed position. Open length is 53.5 inches. Stamped underneath with the maker’s mark. Lovely credenza-like form. Pull each end of the cabinet to reveal the cavity inside. The unit glides open and closed with ease. This task can easily be done by one person.
