SOLD  SOLD A Luxe set of five Lucite door handles knobs with bubbly inclusions by interior designer, architect and home builder Ruth Richmond of Sarasota, Florida. With dark brass mounts, the slightly amber Lucite balls have interior explosions of bubbles making them both exciting and organic with the overall color being almost clear light amber and white bubblies, no gold inclusions. Quite nice. Four are closet handles, no locking mechanism, and one locks by pushing handle and turning. All in Very Good condition, some with minor scrapes, please look at images. Exquisite door knobs handles for any room, for the bathroom, bedroom, closets or kitchen. Price is for the set of 5.

Nothing was ordinary for Ruth Richmond, whose Richmond Homes built more than 12,000 single-family homes in Southwest Florida from the 1950s-1970s. She used unusual door hardware, plumbing and lighting fixtures that were a sign of the times. Today her custom-designed Lucite pulls are very sought after and hard to come by.
