Description
Rustic large glass goblet vessel with a wood top from the 1950s. Vertical etched stripes on the outside of the bowl adorn this great piece that was probably used as a cookie or biscuit jar. It looks as it was made in Germany or some other place in Europe because of its rustic Old World feel but provenance is unknow.
Very Good condition with a flaw (scratch) inside bowl occuring during its creation. Wooden top must have being completely varnish at one time but some of the remaing varnish has been absorbed by the wood veining producing a cerused feel (please look at image with the wood top next to the inside of bowl).
Measurements: 10 inches high w. top x 7 inches diameter bowl
