Description

Late Baroque or early Rococo Pair of sinuous form bronze Candlesticks. Italian born, they were probably altar pieces and have a subtle decoration on the shiny bronze candleholder top and curlicue bronze legs at the bottom. The tubular centers have intermittent urn and vase forms rising to a flared bobeche. We also have listed two shorter pairs (see last photo).

Measurements:  4 1/4 inches diameter at base  x  20 1/4 inches high
