Description

Danish Mid Century Modern wholesaler of ceramics BR (Brothers Rasmussen) had this beautiful Organic pottery vessel designed and created.  This piece has a jug form and has a textured unglazed bottom half while the neck is finished in a spotted olive green glossy glaze.  Two small wing type or ear like handles were applied as a border separating the glazed portion and the texture one.   BR had a number of talented ceramist designers and produce pieces and were released under the BR brand.

Measurements: 5 inches diameter x 11 inches high

Condition: Very Good. No issues.

The last image shows the BR vessel next to a raffia wrapped Thomas Hellström vessel for Nittsjo, Sweden, a perfect combination.
